My Role

Legally I cannot claim or guarantee you specific results, successes or treatment outcomes. I can and will wholeheartedly support and assist you to the best of my training and experience. It will be up to you to do the daily things that change your health and wellbeing, and I will be here to support you along the way.

Communications

I give the highest priority of my time and focussed attention to you in our appointments. This is the best and only way to work with me. I cannot provide health advice over messages, email or text between your appointments. It’s important to me that you are supported. If you need to clarify something from your appointment, please first double check your appointment notes before reaching out. If you need support between your appointments please book a 15 minute check in appointment. Otherwise if it's not urgent, write down any questions that arise and bring them with you to our next appointment where I can give you my full attention. If you have an urgent matter, like a reaction to a remedy, call me on 0404 203 883.

Payment

For in person appointments you are welcome to pay for your session with cash or card. For online appointments card payments will be processed via invoice, using a card you've saved on file, by Stripe or Square at the time of appointment booking. I use secure payment processing software, that encrypts your details so they are not visible to me when I process your payment. Full 100% payment is required when booking. Please contact me directly for additional options.

Payments for supplements/remedies are processed separately after your appointment or dispensary order. These may be invoiced by Kylee Honnery Naturopath or directly from the distributing company.

Cancellation Policy

As you know, I have a strict cancellation policy to care for our time. Please take care when changes are required. Appointment changes or cancellations, in circumstances expected or unexpected, within 48 hours of your appointment time attract a half consultation fee. Missed appointments, or changes and cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment attract a full consultation fee. Appointments joined late attract the full scheduled consultation fee. This is charged to your nominated card for payment.

Your privacy is important to me, and privacy is an essential feature of our work together. The Personal Information and Privacy Policy explains the ways in which I handle your personal information, including sensitive health information, and the ways in which you can contact me about your personal information. I understand and agree with the Terms outlined above for our work together.

I understand that Kylee Honnery does not claim or guarantee treatment results.

I haven't omitted any details relevant to being provided Naturopathic care both here or in consultation. I understand that I am not obliged to provide any information requested of me, but not providing information may compromise the quality of care and treatment given to me.

I understand Kylee Honnery reserves the right to determine when cases fall outside of her scope of practice, in which case an appropriate referral will be given. I understand Kylee Honnery can discontinue services at any point and a referral to another suitable practitioner will be provided, with a full handover if required, pending my written consent.

I understand that I may be given handouts relevant to my care during treatment. I acknowledge they are individualised and are not to be shared with a wider audience.

I acknowledge that all treatment approaches, including Naturopathy, have an element of risk, and recommendations given (such as physical exercise) include inherent risks. I take full personal responsibility for my personal safety, and understand that risks are increased in the absence of accurate information. All information that I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand as a Naturopath, Kylee does not have hospital privileges, cannot prescribe pharmaceutical drugs or diagnose disease. Therefore I will maintain an on-going relationship with my primary care physician.

I give my informed consent for Kylee Honnery Naturopath to provide me with Naturopathic consultation, assessment and treatment. This consent covers my course of treatment, and any future treatment I seek.
